Downloads and your account
Where to find the files you bought or claimed on RPCrate, how to sign in without a password, and what to do when a download does not work.
Resources you buy or claim are listed in your RPCrate account. Available files can be downloaded again while your access remains active; temporary download holds and rate limits can apply.
Go to Log in and enter the email address you used at checkout. We send you a 6-digit sign-in code; there is no password. You can also continue with Discord.
Use the same email address as on your order. A different address opens a different, empty account.
If you continue with Discord, check that its verified email address matches your purchase email. Discord sign-in does not combine purchases made under different addresses. If your library looks empty, sign out and use an email code for the address on your order confirmation.
If the sign-in code does not arrive
Check the address and your spam folder. Codes expire after 10 minutes. Request a new code from the login page when needed; repeated requests or incorrect attempts can trigger a temporary limit. If you still cannot sign in, contact support with your purchase email and the error message. Never send your sign-in code.
Download your files
Open My account. Each product you own is listed with its files. Click a file to download it.
- The download always gives you the current file of the product, so a re-download is also how you get an update. See Updates.
- Each product can be downloaded up to 20 times in 24 hours. If you hit the limit, wait and try again later.
When a download does not work
| What you see | What it means |
|---|---|
| "Downloads for this product are temporarily paused" | We paused this product, for example while we check a file. Contact support. |
| You are asked to sign in | Your session expired. Sign in again with your purchase email. |
| The product is not in your account | You are signed in with another email address, or the payment did not complete. Check your order confirmation email. |
A download can also return a short JSON error instead of a file:
| Error | What to do |
|---|---|
login (401) | Open the login page, sign in with your purchase email, then download again from your account. |
no_entitlement (403) | This account has no active access to the product. Check the purchase email and order; ask support if the payment was confirmed. |
hold (403) | Downloads for this product are paused. Contact support; repeated attempts do not remove the hold. |
rate_limited (429) | The account has reached 20 downloads for this product in the preceding 24 hours, across its files. Retry when an earlier download falls outside that window. |
not_found (404) | The product or file link is invalid. Reload your account and use its current file links. If it persists, send support the product name and error. |
If a payment is still pending, wait for confirmation. If it succeeded but the product is missing after refreshing your account, send support the order reference rather than buying it again.
If the archive will not open
Download it again from your account rather than reusing an old signed link. Check that the download completed and that you have enough disk space. If it still fails to extract, send support the displayed filename, error and product link. Do not run unknown executables to repair a download.
Free resources
Add the free resource to your cart and complete the free claim while signed in. Merely opening its product page does not add it to your account. Once claimed, its files appear in your account and download like a purchase.
