Get help from support
What to send RPCrate support for installation, account and download problems, and where to find the refund conditions.
Email support@rpcrate.com or use the contact page. A complete first message saves a round of questions.
What to include
- Order number or the email address you bought with.
- Product link.
- Resource version, GTA V edition (Legacy or Enhanced) and FXServer artifact version.
- Framework and version: QBCore, ESX (Legacy or older), Qbox or standalone, plus your inventory and target resource.
- The full console error, from the server start, not just the last line. A screenshot of the F8 console for client errors.
- What you already tried, for example the steps from Startup errors.
For account or download problems, include the displayed filename, error code and approximate time of the failure. If a paid product is missing, include the order reference and purchase email privately; do not place them in a public forum.
Remove secrets before sending logs
Keep the error's resource name, filename and line number, but redact database connection strings, passwords, sv_licenseKey, API keys, webhook URLs containing tokens, and sign-in codes. Do not send a full database dump or your complete server.cfg just to report an error. A shortened config excerpt with the relevant non-secret options is usually enough.
Questions before buying
Not sure a resource fits your server? Send the product link and your framework, inventory and libraries before you buy. See also Check compatibility.
Refunds
RPCrate offers a 30-day refund guarantee for technical problems: the resource does not work as described and support cannot fix a verified product problem within a reasonable time. Contact support within 30 days of purchase with the details above. The full conditions are in the refund policy.
