Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 1 September 2026

1. Seller and scope

RPCrate is operated by KOIL CONTENT CREATION PTY LTD, Australian Company Number 634054309, registered in Docklands VIC 3008, Australia, with an operating address at Welfenstraße 1, 76137 Karlsruhe, Germany. These terms govern purchases of digital products from fivemx.com. Contact: [email protected]. Full company details are in the imprint.

2. Contract and order confirmation

Product pages and prices are invitations to place an order. A binding contract is formed when RPCrate accepts the order and sends an order confirmation or makes the purchased download available. We may refuse or cancel an order where payment is not authorised, the product is unavailable, the price is clearly erroneous or the transaction presents a substantiated fraud or abuse risk. Any charged amount for a cancelled order will be returned through the original payment route.

3. Digital products and licence

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, a purchase grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the delivered files for the buyer’s own FiveM server or project. The purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership of the files. Resale, redistribution, publication of source files, sharing download access, removing licence controls or using the files to infringe third-party rights is prohibited. Product-specific licence terms shown before purchase take precedence where they provide more specific rules.

4. Product information and compatibility

The product page is the source of truth for included files, supported frameworks, dependencies, encryption or escrow status, version evidence and technical requirements. Buyers must check those requirements and test changes in a staging environment before using them on a live server. RPCrate does not promise compatibility that is not stated on the product page.

5. Prices and payment

The checkout displays the current total, currency, taxes where applicable and payment methods available for that transaction. Payments are processed by the payment provider presented at checkout. RPCrate does not store full payment-card numbers. A crossed-out reference price or promotion does not change the total accepted at checkout.

6. Delivery and account access

Digital delivery normally occurs through the order confirmation and the buyer’s account downloads after successful payment. The buyer must provide a working email address and protect account credentials. Missing or inaccessible downloads are priority support issues and should be reported with the order number, without sending payment-card data.

7. Updates and support

Support covers the product and scope described on its page. Updates, future compatibility and response times are included only where expressly stated. When an updated file is available for a purchased product, it appears in the account downloads. Support does not include an unlimited custom installation or development service unless separately agreed.

8. Refunds and statutory rights

The voluntary RPCrate 30-day guarantee is described in the Guarantee and Refund Policy. It is additional to mandatory consumer remedies and does not restrict them. Where a statutory withdrawal right applies to digital content, it may expire after supply begins only where the legal requirements, including any required express consent and acknowledgement, have been met. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Defects and liability

If delivered files are missing, corrupt or materially different from the product description, contact support so we can investigate and provide a repair, replacement or remedy required by law. Liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, fraud and mandatory product or consumer law remains unaffected. For ordinary negligence, liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Third-party rights and reports

Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners. A listing does not by itself imply endorsement. Rights holders and customers can report inaccurate attribution, unauthorised distribution or other legal concerns to [email protected] with the affected URL and supporting details. We may hold or remove a listing while evidence is reviewed.

11. Misuse

Users must not attack the service, bypass access controls, automate abusive requests, use stolen payment credentials, share buyer-only downloads or use RPCrate to violate applicable law. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, rights holders or the service, while preserving mandatory buyer remedies.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how account, order, payment, support, security and analytics data is handled.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections granted by the law of their habitual residence. Mandatory courts and dispute rights remain unaffected. Please contact support first so that an order or delivery problem can be investigated promptly.

14. Changes and severability

The terms accepted at the time of purchase govern that order. We may update these terms for future orders when the service or law changes. If one provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
