World Trade Center by Tony Montana is an add-on for Liberty City Preservation Project (LCPP), not Liberty City Remix or a standalone Los Santos map. The creator lists separate single-player and FiveM downloads. Select Final .v5 FiveM, dated 11 August 2026, from All Versions; the main download button currently selects the larger single-player package.
Creator release and version selection
Back up both affected resource folders
The FiveM RAR inspected on 10 September 2026 is 102,036,789 bytes and passes unrar integrity testing. It contains liberty_city_wtc, an overlay named libertycity and Installation.txt. Install liberty_city_wtc as a resource and start it with ensure liberty_city_wtc after your working LCPP setup. The other folder replaces existing LCPP scripts, map assets, paths and lighting files. Compare each replacement with your installed version and keep a recoverable copy; do not replace a customized LCPP folder blindly.
Understand the supplied teleport scripts
The legacy __resource.lua manifest loads three client Lua scripts. They draw markers and use the context control, normally E, to teleport between tower lobbies, a restaurant, a roof and observation decks. These are screen-fade teleports, not a moving elevator simulation. Interaction radius is two units. The code has no ESX or QBCore imports. Test every arrival point, collision loading and interactions with other E-key resources on your server. The FiveM archive does not use the single-player wtc.ini or ScriptHookVDotNet setup described elsewhere on the listing.
Review effects outside Liberty City
The bundled libertycity/scripts/libertycity.lua does more than load map sections. Outside its hardcoded Liberty City areas it repeatedly clears the GPS waypoint, suppresses ambient traffic and pedestrians, and hides the exterior minimap. This matters if your server also uses Los Santos. Review that replacement before merging it, then test both cities, navigation, night lighting and resource restarts. The creator’s v5 notes report a night-brightness correction; they are not an FPS benchmark. This review verifies package layout and selected code behavior, not gameplay compatibility with every LCPP release.
