Install the FiveM resource
Copy the FiveM folder moreo_seaworld to your server’s resources directory and add ensure moreo_seaworld to server.cfg. Keep the manifest at the resource root and check the server console after starting it. Any purchases, inventory items or staffed shop behavior need a separately configured script.
Install the single-player DLC
Place the single-player moreo_seaworld folder in mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/. In OpenIV, open dlclist.xml inside mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/ and add an Item entry containing dlcpacks:/moreo_seaworld/. Keep a backup of the archive before editing. Do not apply this local DLC-list change as a FiveM server installation step.
Check for conflicting replacements
Test the shop and its surroundings with your existing maps and graphics modifications. In February 2026, a commenter attributed their own single-player problem to an NVE overwrite; that is an individual report, not a confirmed incompatibility for every setup. No archive inspection, gameplay test or performance benchmark was performed for this review.
