Real California Architecture by _Vlad_ (Desmond98) replaces GTA V signs, roadside props and building details with California-inspired counterparts. The original release is version 0.4.9 from June 2021. It includes landmarks such as the Hollywood sign and Santa Monica Pier sign; it is not a complete replacement of Los Santos.

The creator credits Reyser for the add-on package and instructions: place rca under mods/update/x64/dlcpacks with OpenIV and add its entry to dlclist.xml. Back up the XML and preserve existing entries. These instructions do not install a FiveM server resource. Do not copy dlc.rpf into resources and assume an ensure line makes it work.
Confirm the exact FiveM or Enhanced package
The original listing does not supply a verified FiveM conversion procedure. Establish the source, permitted use, actual manifest and edition support of any separate conversion before deploying it. GTA V Legacy, GTA V Enhanced and FiveM packages are not interchangeable. Comments linking an Enhanced conversion are not confirmation that the original author released or tested your package.
Check conflicts and visual coverage
The creator explicitly identifies conflicts with billboard-replacement mods. Test matching asset names and affected areas on a separate instance, including distant views, sign readability, collision and transitions. Compare the same route and settings before judging performance; the creator’s no-FPS-drop statement is not an independent benchmark. This review checked the source description, not the archive or gameplay. The preserved historical video shows a broader 5REAL mod pack, not an isolated test of this package.
