Gidoxy distributes Rooftop House for single-player and FiveM through different download paths. The creator’s GTA5-Mods page links to the FiveM store; its main download and Menyoo instructions describe single-player installation.

Check the edition before downloading
For a server, follow the creator’s FiveM link and check the selected package’s delivery terms and included resource folders. A free single-player download does not establish that the FiveM package is free. The ROOFTOP_PNJ.xml, dlclist.xml and Script Hook instructions are not a FiveM server installation procedure.
Test access and collisions
Use a test server with your existing Eclipse Tower maps. Check both approaches, apartment access, garage entrances and pool collisions. Then reconnect with a second player and repeat. Treat the rooftop and garage as separate integration checks; stop the new resources if overlapping maps create missing surfaces or blocked entrances.
Source checked on 10 September 2026. The creator lists single-player version 1.7 with a pool-collision fix; that version number does not prove the FiveM package has identical files. Gameplay has not been tested here.
