Scrapper13’s NFSHP 2009 Mazda RX8 SCPD is a GTA V add-on. Version 2.1 is dated October 8, 2024. It changes the radio setting for police chatter; V2 introduced custom soundbanks and NON-ELS operation while allowing optional ELS use.

Install the Story Mode add-on
The published folder and spawn name are 09rx8scpd. The creator’s OpenIV instructions place the folder under mods/update/x64/dlcpacks and add dlcpacks:/09rx8scpd/ to the mods copy of update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml. Back up the list and preserve the original game files.
The source lists ScriptHookV, Simple Trainer, a suitable gameconfig and heap/packfile limit adjusters. Check versions against your GTA V edition. The paint template, paintable wheels, lights and damage behavior should be checked in your own installation; they are not evidence of measured server performance.
What a FiveM server still needs
The published procedure is for Story Mode. Confirm a suitable server resource and creator permissions before using a converted package. Test the actual soundbanks, radio behavior, lights, handling and garage integration with your server stack. Installing Story Mode prerequisites or copying dlc.rpf into resources does not establish a working FiveM vehicle.
