DarkStormer’s Luxury Party Mansion 0.9 is a GTA V single-player Map Editor package. The RAR contains four Map-format XML files and an instruction image, with no FiveM manifest, streamed MLO or DLC archive. The previous all-framework FiveM compatibility claims did not describe this download.
Choose one XML variant
The files are luxurymansion.xml and luxurypartyf.xml, luxurypartym.xml, luxurypartyt.xml. The instruction image associates the F ending with Franklin and the other endings with the corresponding story characters. The base file contains 1510 MapObject entries; each party variant contains 1601. These counts come from parsing the supplied XML, not from a game benchmark.
Use Guadmaz’s Map Editor to load the selected XML by filename through its load menu. Its documentation states that loaded maps stack: use New Map before switching variants to avoid duplicating the mansion. For automatic loading, the documented folder is scripts/AutoloadMaps; the old instruction to move an invented Luxury Party Mansion folder into maps was unsupported. Test manual loading before enabling autoload.
Follow the included loading and door instructions
Open luxurypartyINSTRUCTIONS.jpg from the archive. It distinguishes a Load Here area near Michael’s house from the northern mansion destination. Follow that loading-point guidance rather than assuming the mansion itself is beside Michael’s house. The image marks doors and garage gates that should have Dynamic enabled in Map Editor.
A dynamic door property is not an automatic garage-door script or a FiveM permission system. Check each marked entrance after loading. Publisher comments report incomplete loading and missing world textures; those reports were not reproduced here. Keep a clean game/mod backup and test without other loaded maps.
This 2016 release requires a compatible single-player tool setup. Consult Map Editor’s own requirements and confirm support for your installed game version. No FiveM conversion, current-build compatibility or performance result has been verified.
Reviewed on 11 September 2026: creator page, the actual instruction image, all four XML structures and RAR integrity. The original five creator screenshots were retained and visually inspected; they show the creator’s scene, not a new gameplay test.
