This is a fictional GTA RP penalty template, not a statement of German law or Cfx.re rules. The offence labels, section numbers, fines and detention units below are examples for a community rulebook. Adapt them to your server’s economy and moderation process before use.
How to adapt the table
Decide what one detention unit means on your server, how fines relate to normal earnings and whether multiple offences can be combined. Remove duplicate offences, define evidence and exceptions, and publish the appeal route. Have police, legal-roleplay and moderation staff review the same version.
Test representative cases with new and established characters. A fine that is trivial for one group may end another group’s progression. Publish the effective date and explain changes before applying them.
