Beverly Hills Mansion 2.1 by zamalone ships a single-player custom_maps DLC, Menyoo placements and YMAP XML exports. It has no FiveM resource manifest. The previous Free FiveM Mansions label and ready-to-use MLO description did not match this archive.
Choose one installation route
The bundled DLC folder is custom_maps, with an underscore. Back up any existing folder with that name before copying it under mods/update/x64/dlcpacks. Add an Item element containing dlcpacks:/custom_maps/ inside Items in mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml, using an archive editor and preserving valid XML. The old custom maps name and incomplete DLC entry were incorrect.
If custom_maps already holds other maps, do not overwrite its dlc.rpf. Inspect and merge through the appropriate archive workflow. The loose files are actually Beverly Hills Mansion.ymap.xml and Beverly Hills add.ymap.xml: XML exports, not ready-to-stream binary YMAPs. Simply removing .xml from the filename does not convert them.
Use Menyoo placements and check required props
For the Menyoo route, copy Beverly Hills Mansion.xml and Beverly Hills add.xml from the Menyoo directory into menyooStuff/Spooner. Use Menyoo’s Object Spooner saved-file loader for those files. Beverly Hills Vehicles.xml from Xml for vehicles is a separate optional placement set with 16 vehicles; it is not a vehicle-model download.
The creator’s README lists Map Builder 4.0 and Custom Props Add-On BETA 3 as important requirements, alongside the single-player tools. The mansion XML references custom archetypes such as schoolground, and the archive does not bundle those prop libraries. These are the old README’s version labels; the Map Builder page now offers different releases. Compare the required model names and your game version rather than assuming every release supplies identical props.
The mansion and add-on each contain matching placement counts in their Menyoo and YMAP-XML forms: 1267 and 449 respectively. These are alternative representations of the layouts, not a reason to load every edition together. Check floors, stairs, glass and driveway clearances after choosing your route.
Treat FiveM conversion as separate work
A server conversion needs correctly exported map assets, compatible prop dependencies and a resource manifest. Menyoo and single-player ScriptHook instructions do not create that integration. No FiveM, multiplayer collision or performance test was performed for this archive.
Reviewed on 11 September 2026: creator page, complete README, archive integrity and all XML structures parsed. The bundled DLC internals were not unpacked or rendered. Publication dates and the existing article URL are preserved; the title now reflects the delivered edition.
