Mafia Boss High Security Mansion is zxack’s September 10, 2016 Map Editor scene for GTA V single-player. The creator lists 45 pedestrians, including five strippers, and 23 cars. These are scene counts, not evidence of 23 custom vehicle downloads. No ready-to-start FiveM resource is established by the release.

Check the legacy dependencies
The creator requires Map Editor and The Savehouse Mod. Savehouse’s own page explicitly says development and creator support have ended; its creator confirmed this in April 2016 and warned that its Lua engine was outdated. Check its current instructions and conflicts before attempting this old setup. The page also states incompatibility with Open All Interiors.

Load the original scene
The mansion creator instructs users to place the XML file in the GTA V main directory, open Map Editor with F7, select Load Map and enter mafia. Map Editor’s author notes that loaded maps stack; use New Map before loading a clean scene again. Back up your save and mod setup before adding these legacy dependencies.
Limits of this guide
The source screenshots identify the location. A FiveM conversion would require separate technical work and permission checks; copying the XML into server resources is not a documented installation. This review corrects the source links and identifies the discontinued dependency. It does not confirm that the old scene or its dependencies work on your present game build.
