Creator’s release and download
FiveM server installation
Place the FiveM folder moreo_fishandchip in the server’s resources directory. Add ensure moreo_fishandchip to server.cfg. Check that the manifest is directly inside that resource folder, rather than inside an extra archive wrapper. Restart the resource and inspect the server console for missing files.
GTA V single-player installation
Use the single-player DLC folder moreo_fishandchip under mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/. In OpenIV, edit dlclist.xml inside mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/ and add an Item entry containing dlcpacks:/moreo_fishandchip/. Back up the edited archive first. This DLC-list step belongs to single-player, not the FiveM server configuration.
Check the restaurant in your map collection
Visit the entrance and surrounding streets, check collisions and distant models, and compare with other nearby map replacements disabled in a test setup. The source discussion includes user reports of visual conflicts; those reports do not prove a defect on every server.
