Larcius publishes separate Forests of San Andreas: Revised packages for single-player, FiveM clients and FiveM servers. Server owners need the variant ending in FiveM-Server so the map is supplied to players joining that server.

Do not choose by the newest version number alone
The release notes describe version 6.0 as GTA V Enhanced support for single-player, not FiveM. Select the server variant explicitly and follow its included instructions. Do not apply single-player gameconfig.xml or heap-adjuster advice as a substitute for checking the FiveM resource package.
Check vegetation against existing maps
The author warns of duplicated or colliding props when using an older GTA V Remastered version alongside this map. Check that companion release first. On staging, drive the same routes before and after enabling the forest resources; inspect custom building entrances, roads, distant vegetation and texture loading. Record frame times on the same client and settings rather than promising an FPS improvement.
