QuanBoyAdvanced’s 2019 Blue Bird Vision is a GTA V single-player add-on, ported from The Vehi3D Project’s SketchUp model. The inspected download contains 2019bb/dlc.rpf and 2019bb.xml. It does not include a FiveM resource manifest or a school-bus job script.
Install the DLC and lighting configuration separately
Back up the current mod configuration. Copy 2019bb into mods/update/x64/dlcpacks. Open mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml with an archive editor and add an Item element containing dlcpacks:/2019bb/ inside the Items list. Preserve valid XML and the original game archive.
The separate 2019bb.xml is an ELS vehicle configuration, not a server manifest or a file to add to dlclist.xml. It configures controlled extras and light patterns while disabling the siren tones. The creator confirms that the ELS lighting system must be installed separately. Follow that system’s instructions for placing the VCF and selecting compatible dependencies.
Known limitations matter for passenger use
The creator reports a displaced passenger entry point in front of the bus, unbreakable windows and a faulty RPM gauge, with no planned RPM fix in the listing. Working stop-sign and crossing-arm behaviour is a creator claim, not a test performed here. Do not describe these limitations as harmless without checking your intended passenger scenario.
For FiveM, obtain permission and a properly packaged conversion with a compatible lighting implementation. The supplied single-player ELS configuration does not establish network synchronisation or OneSync support. Test boarding, seating, lights, arms, collisions and reconnects on the actual server before relying on it.
Reviewed on 11 September 2026: the creator page and comments were read, the RAR passed integrity checks, both file entries were inventoried and the complete ELS XML was inspected. The binary DLC was not unpacked or driven. Obtain the download from the creator page and retain the original credits.
