Read the exact message before deciding why you cannot join. A community-server ban, a global Cfx.re ban and a connection error have different support routes. A ban from one server does not by itself mean that your FiveM account is globally banned.
A community server banned you
Read that community’s rules and ban notice. Local staff may enforce roleplay rules, cheating restrictions or conduct rules; the evidence and appeal process belong to that server. Cfx.re does not review individual server bans.
Use the published appeal channel. Include the case identifier, date, relevant context and a clear explanation. Do not post account identifiers or private evidence in public, and do not try to bypass the ban while an appeal is pending.
The client reports a global ban
Use the official Cfx.re ban FAQ and its appeal route. Preserve the exact message and relevant account details for the private form. Describe the circumstances accurately; third-party promises to remove bans are not an official remedy.
Cfx.re does not publish a complete detection rulebook. A community list of supposedly safe injectors or guaranteed ban triggers is not reliable guidance.
You were kicked or disconnected
Save the message and check whether it describes authentication, a missing entitlement, a resource error or an actual ban. Use the connection troubleshooting guide for network or startup errors. Repeatedly reinstalling the client cannot overturn a moderation decision.
Avoid preventable moderation problems
Read the server’s rules, use its authorised client setup and ask staff when an action is unclear. For administrators, publish clear evidence standards and an appeal route, and distinguish local moderation from platform enforcement.
