Moreo Design’s free Pharmacy MLO provides the interior map assets for a pharmacy. The creator lists three rooms and the README gives coordinates 104.41, -15.07, 72.35. It does not include a pharmacist job, medicine inventory, prescriptions or door permissions.
Use the supplied resource folder
Extract moreo_pharmacy into your server resources directory with fxmanifest.lua beside stream, then add ensure moreo_pharmacy to server.cfg. The manifest declares cerulean, GTA V, Moreo Design and version 1.0.0. The creator’s February 2025 release says Latest DLC without a numbered build; that does not identify a tested current minimum.
The package contains moreo_pharmacy.ytyp, the MLO YMAP, custom models, collision files and base-map replacements including hei_hw1_occl_00.ymap. Its manifest has no DLC_ITYP_REQUEST entry for the YTYP. Check registration against the Cfx documentation and test the interior before live use; no repaired manifest is supplied here.
Review duplicate models and map overlap
Both stream and stream/addon contain v_ret_ml_shelfrk.ydr, but their sizes and hashes differ. The two v_53_till.ydr copies are identical. Resolve the shelf-model duplication deliberately before combining resources; this file inspection does not establish which version should be removed or what a particular server will stream.
The bundled CodeWalker project references map1.ymap, which is absent from the archive. Do not assume that the separately supplied moreo_pharmacy_ymap.ymap is an interchangeable replacement. Review project references when editing, and test doors, interior visibility, collisions and nearby maps in-game.
The exact creator RAR, all 51 entries and archive integrity were checked on 11 September 2026, alongside the manifest, README and project XML. The room/entity claims and performance were not independently tested in FiveM. No evidence supports the former guarantees of lag-free operation or regular updates.
