Use the Story Mode instructions
The creator’s folder and spawn name are tw_bx6m. For the published OpenIV installation, place that DLC folder under mods/update/x64/dlcpacks and add its entry to the mods copy of update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml. Keep a backup of the edited list and follow the selected package’s readme. These are GTA V Story Mode steps, not a FiveM resources-folder installation.
Check what the version actually changes
The changelog describes engine and rear-door changes in V2 and a tuning fix in V2.1. Verify the downloaded version before diagnosing tuning or door problems. The listed polygon and vertex counts do not establish smooth performance on your hardware or server.
The creator states that the YFT model is unlocked and permits editing. That does not itself supply a tested FiveM resource. For server use, prepare and validate the resource separately, including handling, tuning IDs, lights and streaming behavior. Keep the original package and record any changes so they can be reversed.
