Choose the release carefully
The page lists the original September 2024 release and a November 2024 update; its description calls the size correction V2.0 while the heading still says 1.0. Check the selected download and included readme instead of treating the heading as an exact archive version. Working dials, paint channels and plate extras are creator-described features, not performance measurements.
Story Mode and server use are different
The published installation uses a hongqis9 DLC folder, dlc.rpf and the GTA V mods copy of dlclist.xml; hongqis9 is the listed spawn name. These OpenIV steps do not install a FiveM server resource. Back up modified Story Mode files and keep the original game archives intact.
For server use, ask the creator for an appropriate package and its terms. Do not attempt to remove the model lock or substitute an unauthenticated mirror. Test any separately supplied server version with your vehicle and dealership resources before offering it to players.
