Simple car chop shop script where players apply for a mission and then have to locate a specific vehicle and bring it to a random drop-off location

Changelog 18 June
- Refactored the script entirely
- No longer uses email to accept a contract due to exploiting
- Contracts are sent via the server and cached for security
- More config friendly and added locales file
- When a player disconnects, they can continue their contract after logging back into the server
- Option to automatically get new contracts after delivering the first
- Player can now cancel current jobs
