FiveM Ban Help: Identify the Restriction and Appeal It

A FiveM ban is an access decision, not a cache error. Read the notice to identify whether it comes from one community server or the Cfx.re platform, then use that authority’s review process. A VPN, cache deletion or a purchased “unban” tool is not a reliable resolution.

Identify who issued the notice

Save the exact notice, date, server name and any reference number. Hide personal identifiers before sharing screenshots publicly. If only one server refuses access, check that community’s rules and support route. A platform-wide notice needs the official Cfx.re support guidance.

Do not infer the enforcement duration or identifiers used from another player’s case. The notice and current support policy determine the options available to you.

Prepare a useful appeal

  1. Find the official appeal channel from the server’s own website or verified community links. For a platform notice, use Cfx.re support rather than a server moderator.
  2. Provide the reference number, relevant timestamps and a short factual account. Include the full context of any evidence requested.
  3. Explain the specific error you believe occurred, or acknowledge the rule violation and the corrective action. Do not send repeated contradictory requests.
  4. Follow the stated review process and wait for its outcome. An appeal does not guarantee access will be restored.

Protect your account

Do not pay strangers who promise to remove a platform ban or give them remote access, account passwords or authentication codes. If you already installed such software, remove it, review account security and use trusted security tools.

If the restriction is temporary, follow the expiry stated in the notice. If an appeal is unavailable or declined, respect that decision. You can consider other communities only when the restriction is limited to the original server and their rules permit it.
