Check whether the interior is seamless or shell-based, since that determines whether players walk in through the door or get teleported. Confirm collision and LOD files are included: large interiors are where missing LODs show most, as walls disappear when viewed from the street. Check whether the MLO ships garage or pool areas as separate resources you can leave out. And if you plan to attach it to a housing script, confirm the interior exposes usable interior coordinates, because a mansion that cannot be registered as a property is decoration rather than a feature.
